Using the newest synthetic materials as well as OPST dotted ostrich, and OPST's fantastic new dubbing spinner, Jerry ties two composite loops: a rear shoulder and a forward composite shoulder/hackle.

What's In The Vise??
When you sit down to a few of the same pattern do you prep things out a head of time or just tie one at a time without prepping hooks and materials?
When I sit down to tie stinger style flies like pictured above I will prep things a head of time to help me crank them out faster. Sometimes when I try to force myself to tie when I'm not on the mood or tired after being on the water I will prep some cut shank style flies instead of tying actual flies to have on hand for when I need them.
